The Housing Forward Data Administrators may request a new or updated User Agreement when:
- a user needs access to a database for the first time,
- a user moves from one organization to another and needs access to the new organization’s data,
- a user’s name, email address, or other personal information changes,
- a user’s access lapses for an extended period of time, or
- the team determines it necessary for security and tracking measures to have an updated form on file.
