Cooling Stations
The Salvation Army has several cooling stations in operation across North Texas. The City of Dallas’ and the City of Plano’s libraries and recreation centers are open to the public during normal business hours. As long as the city facilities have power, they will remain open during normal business hours, so residents have a place to cool down.
