Steps for Barring from a Facility

 

1. Log in to ClientTrack and navigate to your Housing workspace.

 

2. On the menu, click Housing, then select Facility Bar List.

 

3. If any clients are barred from your facility, they will display on this page with the client’s name, dates, and reasons for the bar.


 

NOTE: The Edit button next to the bar allows changes to any of the fields below for an existing bar.

 

4. Use the Add New button to bar a client.
 

  • Client Name: client to be barred (search for the client in the system)
  • Begin Date: date the bar will start
  • End Date: date the bar will end
  • Leave blank for an indefinite bar
  • Participating Organization: your agency
  • Reason(s): reason the client is being barred
  • Multiple can be selected
  • Notes: any additional information
