The Independent Review Committee made the following recommendations to the MDHA CoC’s Board of Directors. The board approved said recommendations, and will be submitting the recommendations and corresponding applications to TDHCA for CARES Act ESG funding. TDHCA is the final arbiter on funding decisions.
