DALLAS, TX – Housing Forward today announced that interim Chief Executive Officer Sarah Kahn has been named President and CEO to lead in the development and implementation of an effective homeless response system to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Dallas and Collin Counties.
Kahn rose to the position having served as the organization’s chief program officer since 2021, where she led work with All Neighbors Coalition, a collective of over 140 organizations working in collaboration to solve homelessness in Dallas and Collin counties.

Her key accomplishments include leading programmatic changes that helped reduce unsheltered homelessness last year by 14% and reduced chronic homelessness by 32%, despite national trends She has the full support and confidence of the Board and we are thrilled she has agreed to step into the CEO role.
