Of course, you still need to figure out how much to give on or before September 17, 2020. Here are a few non-random suggestions from our wildly successful Flex Fund program (click on the amounts to get the full story):
$43.75. $43.75 allowed Judith and her little dog Simon to move from a tent into their own apartment.
$103.53. $103.53 allowed Jonathan to reconnect his electricity and avoid a return to homelessness.
$150. $150 allowed Daniel, a veteran,to move from the Salvation Army, into his own apartment, during our last Veterans Challenge.
$350. $350 allowed Tom, a veteran, to move from The Bridge into his own apartment.
$500. $500 allowed Julia, a single mom with three little kids, to move from a motel room into their own apartment.
$600. $600 allowed Pearl and Donna to move from Austin Street Center into their own duplex, during our last Emergency Shelter Housing Challenge.
