Thank you so much to all of our June supporters, and particularly, Communities Foundation of Texas who awarded us $5,000 and the Simmons Sisters Fund at the Texas Women’s Foundation, who awarded us $35,000!
These grants will be tremendously helpful as we ramp up our efforts to house as many of our homeless friends as we can over the course of the second half of 2020. This is a once in a generation challenge. Not only must MDHA and its partners beat back a rise in homelessness; we must continue the trend, set in the past year, of reducing homelessness in Dallas and Collin Counties.
