This event is designed to recognize those on the front lines of our homeless response system, case managers. These unsung heroes work hard every day to make homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring, one person at a time.
This year, we have introduced not one, but three separate award categories:
- The Tireless Teacher – has provided a positive influence through support and the mentoring of other case managers
- The Radiant Rookie – has made a significant professional contribution to the community with less than 1 year as a case manager
- The Compassionate Soul – demonstrates excellent care and compassion to everyone they encounter
