Well, the countdown has begun. September 17, 2020 is North Texas Giving Day. You are going to be inundated, by many different organizations, representing many different great causes. WE will try to keep our messages minimal, short, and sweet.
We can afford to do that, because what we ask you to donate to is so elementary, so fundamental, that you shouldn’t need any gimmicks to convince you.
We ask you to donate to MDHA so we can help end homelessness, because a home is the foundation of everything in our lives. That is one of the great lessons of the Coronavirus pandemic. It is teaching us that a home is more than four walls and a roof; a home is healthcare, public safety, family, community. It’s just that simple:
