What: New Case Manager Boot Camp is designed for new case managers, or case managers new to homeless services, who wish to learn more about housing, shelter and services for our homeless friends, within our Continuum of Care (CoC). Seasoned case managers, who just want to brush up on their knowledge, are welcome to attend too.
Who May/Should Attend: Space is limited to the first 15 persons, who sign up. Priority is given to CoC member organizations. We ask that organizations limit their registration requests to 1-2 persons each.
When: Thursday, November 8, 2018, 8.15am-4pm*
Where: We start at the J. Erik Jonsson Public Library, 1515 Young St., in Dallas. We then go to The Bridge, Family Gateway, The Stewpot, Austin Street Center, and CitySquare. Please dress comfortably, with the weather in mind*, and wear your walking shoes!
