Back in early 2017, we wrote on our old blog: “Every now and then, you come across a film so thoughtful, so compelling, so moving, that you become an evangelist for an issue… Lost in America… might be one of those films.”
This is why back then we were excited to join City House in hosting an exclusive fundraising and awareness event to see the film, and hear from its director and producer, Rotimi Rainwater, here in Dallas, as it made the film festival rounds.
With the long-awaited theatrical release next month, Rotimi is holding a nationwide event, on November 16, 2019, A Night to End Youth Homelessness, with interactive showings of the film across the country. Our good friends at CitySquare TRAC and After8toEducate will be participating, and screening the film here in Dallas. Stay tuned for all the details, over the next few days!
