Our Case Managers Roundtable returns, on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 12pm. This time, we will hear from George Farhat, of RoommateMe.
RoommateMe supports renters in reducing the cost of housing and optimizing cohabitation living environments. They help establish the groundwork for stronger roommate matches through assessing living habits, social norms, and ethical values, in addition to leveraging their barter network.
RoommateMe is a lifestyle application supporting renters of all backgrounds. They are particularly interested, of late, in addressing the housing needs of those living at or below median incomes.
The goal of this month’s session is to explore a small pilot program amongst CoC member organizations to demonstrate how RoommateMe can help further our collective mission of making homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring, two+ persons at a time!
