Terri Rice, of Hope’s Door New Beginning Center, is a 2020 Case Manager of the Year Award finalist in the Tireless Teacher category.
Within moments of meeting Terri, you get the sense that she knows what she is doing and is passionate about her work. Others gravitate to her for her calm demeanor and extensive wisdom. She works tirelessly to stay up to date on new information and trainings and shares what she learns with others. She is a mentor to staff and can easily connect with more reserved clients. Terri welcomes questions and takes new staff under her wing to help them develop their case management skills and help ensure consistent case management services overall. Congratulations, Terri!
