Tammy Finney, of the Salvation Army, is a 2020 Case Manager of the Year Award finalist in the Radiant Rookie category.
Tammy may be new, but she hit the ground running. She has developed a clinically focused, client centered, strengths-based perspective. This has helped her develop rapport with individuals experiencing homelessness in ways that they had not previously encountered. Tammy’s compassionate approach and willingness to go the extra mile has helped her clients better navigate their way to ending their homelessness, each according to their specific needs.
