Matt Leber, of The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center, is a 2020 Case Manager of the Year Award finalist in the Radiant Rookie category.
Matt creates a trusting relationship with guests experiencing chronic homelessness and is able to help them open up. He has a natural affinity for making an immediate impact with guests who other staff members have had a challenge working with. He has a masterful ability to connect guests to appropriate physical and behavioral health treatments and stick with their treatment. Matt is doing “seasoned” work, despite being one of the “greenest” members of the team. Congratulations, Matt!
