Introducing James and Twonnette, CMOY Award Finalists!

Our next two finalists for the Case Manager of the Year Award 2019 are James Espinosa and Twonnette Pack.

James Espinosa, The Bridge

James Espinosa works for The Bridge and was nominated by Rebecca Cox (via all staff vote, she emphasizes). Rebecca tells us: “James Espinosa does not shy away from difficult case management situations. He moves beyond the basic requirements and general expectations of a care manager’s role and goes above and beyond. He demonstrates a passion for service and an empathy for those he serves that allows him to assist even the highest barrier and most difficult cases without judgement. He has an ability to fully understand the needs of the homeless individuals he serves resulting in a positive and lasting impact on their lives.”Congratulations, James!

Twonnette Pack, AIDS Services of Dallas

Twonnette Pack works for AIDS Services of Dallas, and was nominated by Darius Ahmadi. Darius tells us: “Twonnette’s clients love interacting and working with her… not only identifying pathways towards self-sufficiency but (sharing) everyday problems… that are only shared with trusted confidants. Twonnette has a special ability to quickly build rapport with anyone… I… could not personally function at a high capacity… without Twonnette. She is the employee whom I count on to help residents, staff and the agency as whole to find their paths during dark times. She is the epitome of essential.” Congratulations, Twonnette!
