On Friday, June 7, 2019, the CoC Board of Directors voted to contract with Eccovia Solutions/ClientTrack as the next Homeless Management Information System software vendor, replacing our current vendor Pieces Tech/Iris.
The MDHA staff is entering into contract negotiations this week.They will be planning the data extraction from PTI, data migration to Eccovia and setting a timeline for training and go-live. We are looking forward to the opportunities this new software will provide us!
As with all transitions, the logistics to get from where we are to where we want to be will also bring some challenges. MDHA is committed to consistent communication throughout this transition and we are asking for your support as we head into this new chapter.
We are planning a Community Meeting in early July to join together to share with you the plan that has been negotiated for all the changes we have on the horizon. We will give you date, time and location of that meeting very soon. Come with your questions!
This is an exciting time! There will be much work to do by all of us. Please be confident that we are working to bring the Continuum of Care to a better place. At the end of the day we know that it is all about having reliable data in the system, giving us more effective ways to implement strategies to end homelessness in our community.
