The City of Dallas’ libraries and recreation centers are open to the public during normal business hours. As long as the city facilities have power, they will remain open during normal business hours, so residents have a place to cool down.

(Click through under each center for opening hours.) Beginning June 21, 2021, space may be limited at some recreation centers due to summer camp.
