Attention, CoC and Potential CoC Program Competition Applicants!
In accordance with the competition timeline, the RFP for the Local FY2018 CoC Program Competition has been released. This local RFP will be in addition to the eSNAPS application portion of the competition and will assist the local PRAC (Performance Review Allocations Committee) in making recommendations to HUD for funding in this year’s competition:

MDHA will host a FY2018 CoC NOFA Briefing and Application Workshop to assist applicants:

NOTE: All applicants will need to complete the esnaps portion as well as a local RFP submission to MDHA through Basecamp. Contact Lester.Collins@mdhadallas.org for access to Basecamp.
