Don’t forget to use one of the best tools out there, the CDC Eviction Moratorium Declaration Form. The embedded link is to the HUD Public and Indian Housing COVID-19 Resources page, which has the form in multiple languages. The moratorium has been extended to March 31, 2021, even though the page does not reflect that yet.
