Sometimes, we forget how many people out there are barely aware of homelessness or, worse, have misconceptions about both the problem and the solution. This is why education, out in the community, is paramount. That is where you come in.
Does your workplace have a lunch and learn series? Does your church or synagogue bring in guest speakers from time to time? Do you belong to a club or social group that holds regular meetings?
