- Daneille Tooker, of Citysquare, won the Tireless Teacher award, having provided a positive influence through support and the mentoring of other case managers.
- Jennifer Boggan, of Hope’s Door New Beginning Center, won the Radiant Rookie award, having made a significant professional contribution to the community with less than 1 year as a case manager.
- Jodi Tartir, of Metrocare Services, won the Compassionate Soul award, having demonstrated excellent care and compassion to everyone she encountered.
