It’s the Housing Navigator Network Information Sheet! Find it on our Coordinated Assessment & Documentation of Priority Status or in the Housing Navigator Network folder on Basecamp. This is especially helpful in the search for Tier 3 units(i.e. units for those with multiple barriers to housing).
Please complete one sheet per client and submit in Basecamp in the Housing Navigator Network folder. For clients with multiple barriers to housing, please include any relevant documents, so the Housing Navigators can assist with overcoming these barriers. In certain cases, a Housing Navigator may be able to accompany the client to appointments with property owners.
Finally, keep an eye out for housing specials posted by the Navigators every Monday afternoon, also on Basecamp!
