Attention, CoC and Potential CoC Program Competition Applicants!
The FY 2018 Continuum of Care project applications are now available in e-snaps as of Thursday June 28th! Applications can now be accessed for all new and renewal applicants in response the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition NOFA.
Instructional Guides are projected to be released this week by HUD. Below are links to where those guides will be located once HUD releases them as well as other useful links:

NOTE: All applicants will need to complete the esnaps portion as well as a local RFP submission to MDHA. Local RFP instructions will be e-mailed via constant contact and posted on MDHA website no later than July 9th.
FOR RENEWALS ONLY: Score Cards on your renewal projects will be provided pre-populated to you for review on August 3rd.
