April 1, 2021 marked the official kick-off date of the Homeless Collaborative’s long awaited Rapid Rehousing Surge, through which we will end the homelessness of over 550 Dallas and Collin Counties individuals and families.
Thirteen agencies were selected to provide housing and services, utilizing CARES Act Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG – CV2) funding awarded by the Cities of Irving, Dallas, and Garland, Dallas County, and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Godspeed to all our partners and to our soon formerly homeless neighbors!
