MDHA’s fourth annual Case Manager of the Year Award Luncheon will be held this year, virtually, on December 9, 2020, 12-1.30pm. It is designed to recognize those on the front lines of our homeless response system, case managers. These unsung heroes work hard every day to make homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring, one person at a time.
This year, we have introduced not one, but three separate award categories:
- The Tireless Teacher – has provided a positive influence through support and the mentoring of other case managers
- The Radiant Rookie – has made a significant professional contribution to the community with less than 1 year as a case manager
- The Compassionate Soul – demonstrates excellent care and compassion to everyone they encounter
Here are the qualifications:
- Please make sure that whoever you nominate serves in a case manager role.
- Nominees must be from CoC member organizations. Organizations can join any time, by filling out this form, and paying their dues.
- Organizations may nominate case managers for one, two, or all three award categories.
- We strongly encourage each organization to create an internal nomination process and submit one nominee per award category, as only one nominee per award category per organization can become a finalist.
