On March 19, 2020, 9.30-11.30am, our President and CEO, Carl Falconer, will deliver the sixth annual State of Homelessness Address at Communities Foundation of Texas. (Note location change. RSVP required. We will NOT be able to accommodate walk ins.)
The address covers the results of January’s annual homeless count, a thorough review of the progress of Dallas’ homeless response system over the preceding year, and the next steps the community must take to make homelessness, in Dallas and Collin Counties, rare, brief and nonrecurring.
