The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has awarded three Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Coordinators for the 2019 ESG Application cycle. The three ESG Coordinators listed below will run a 2019 ESG Local Competition on behalf of TDHCA in the following Continuum of Care (CoC) regions:
- South Alamo Regional Alliance for the Homeless, TX-500 San Antonio/Bexar County CoC
- Tarrant County Homeless Coalition, TX-601 Fort Worth, Arlington/Tarrant County CoC
- Texas Homeless Network, TX-607 Balance of State CoC
ESG Applicants in a CoC region with a Local Competition should reach out to their ESG Coordinator for more information about their ESG Application process. ESG Coordinator contact information may be found online at https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/home-division/esgp/applications.htm.
ESG Applications in areas without a Local Competition will apply directly to TDHCA by June 21, 2019, at 5:00 p.m., Austin local time. The CoC regions applying directly to TDHCA are as follows:

TX-600 Dallas, Irving/Dallas, Collin Counties CoC
TX-603 El Paso City and County CoC
TX-604 Waco/McLennan County CoC
TX-611 Amarillo CoC
TX-624 Wichita Falls/Wise, Palo Pinto, Wichita, Archer Counties CoC
TX-700 Houston, Pasadena, Conroe/Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery Counties CoC
TX-701 Bryan, College Station/Brazos Valley CoC
All ESG Applicants, regardless of CoC region, are invited to participate in the ESG Match Guidance webinar on June 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., Austin local time.
