Case Manager of the Year Preparations and Introducing Patricia, Case Manager of the Year Finalist!

Wow! What a day we had yesterday. We taped interviews with one client of each of our Case Manager of the Year 2018 finalists. They told us about the impact our finalists had on their lives, and it got emotional. These interviews will serve as the raw material for the centerpiece of our Case Manager of the Year Award Luncheon 2018, the testimonial video, which attendees will get to see. I am already stocking up on tissues, so I can watch the rough cut in a few days! You can check out last year’s video by clicking below:

Today, we introduce our last finalist for Case Manager of the Year 2018, Patricia Arzola! Patricia works for Hope’s Door New Beginning Center, and was nominated by Isabel Camacho. Isabel tells us that, “Patricia’s dedication is contagious… When a client or staff member is asked to describe Patricia, the words that come to mind are dedication and commitment…. It is easy to see that her CPS background has given Patricia a unique perspective…. I have always found her to be one of the most knowledgeable in her area – a ‘go-to’ person.” Isabel adds that not only does Patricia possess excellent communication skills, so vital to the work of a case manager, “she communicates with a kind heart…. It is for these reasons that she is an indispensable member of our staff, and a shining example of how treating clients with compassion, dedication, and empathy leads them to expect the best out of themselves.” Congratulations, Patricia!

That concludes the introductions of our 11 finalists. Now is the time to get your tickets for the Case Manager of the Year Award Luncheon 2018, where we will celebrate the contributions of these unsung heroes, who are ending homelessness, one person at a time. Here are all the details –
